Andy, yes, this is the Reo, and photo looks as if it were taken from the Knights of Columbus building. It's difficult to see if Adath Israel is there or not because those two houses were there for years. It could well be that either AI had not as yet been built or because it was set back, it's not visible. Ellen Gutman Chenaux

It was the parade welcoming home the veterans of WW II.
